General questions about social counseling

Yes, the social counseling of Caritas is absolutely confidential. The counselors from the social counseling are bound to secrecy. Any external information is given only with the consent of the person being counselled.

At the Caritas Social Counseling Service, we are happy to help in acute emergencies. We advise you on social claims and support you in filing an application. If necessary, we refer you to other agencies that can also support you in your emergency situation.
